2 Atka mackerel

Two exceptionally fresh Atka mackerel, hand-selected at dawn by Toyosu Market wholesalers.

These are fresh, raw Atka mackerel (approx. 30cm each) from Hokkaido. As they are raw rather than dried, they are of such prime freshness that they can even be enjoyed as sashimi. They are thick and juicy when grilled with salt, fried, or simmered.
