How to Order
- Select your items and choose any processing options (such as whole, filleted, etc.) as needed.
- Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and payment information to confirm your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
Payment Methods
You may use the payment methods (such as credit cards) displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on Yamato Transport rates. Fees vary depending on the destination region and package size, and can be confirmed on the checkout screen.
Delivery
- Fish sourced from Toyosu Market will be shipped from a Yamato Transport branch located near the market.
- For the Kanto region, orders placed by 4:00 AM are generally shipped on the same day.
- Shipping dates may change during market holidays and the year-end/New Year period.
- You may specify a delivery date and time from the "earliest possible delivery date" shown on the checkout screen.
Processing (Filleting, etc.)
- Filleting is available for an additional ¥500 per item. Processing is performed by the wholesale intermediary.
- Please note that the weight will decrease by the weight of the bones and head after filleting.
Receipt and Storage
- As these are perishable goods, please place them in the refrigerator (or freezer for frozen items) immediately upon delivery.
- Storage methods and preparation tips for each type of fish are provided on the product pages.
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of perishable goods.
- If your product is defective, please contact us promptly via email (by replying to your order confirmation email) with a photo of the product. We will review your request and assist you accordingly.
