Bigeye tuna (fatty), 300g

300g of ultra-fresh bigeye tuna (fatty tuna belly) hand-selected by Toyosu Market wholesalers in the early morning.

A 300g block of wild-caught bigeye fatty tuna from Shizuoka. It features a sweet, savory flavor that is lighter and easier to eat than bluefin tuna. It is perfect for fresh sashimi, as well as tuna rice bowls (zuke-don) or hand-rolled sushi.
